Formula and Safety Notice

Effective July 31, 2026 · Legal version 2026.07.31

EvoCoat is a professional reference and workflow tool. It is not a substitute for training, workplace procedures, product Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), applicable law, or professional judgment.

1. Verify before production

2. Variables affect results

Final appearance may vary because of substrate and undercoat, surface preparation, film thickness, reduction, hardener, binder, toner batch, equipment, gun setup, pressure, technique, flash time, curing, temperature, humidity, lighting, aging, prior repair, and vehicle production variation. A database match does not guarantee an invisible repair or exact color match.

3. Product compatibility

Use only products approved as compatible by the applicable paint-system manufacturer. Do not add binder, reducer, hardener, toner, or another material solely because a software control permits entry. Follow the current TDS for mixing ratios, application, flash, curing, pot life, and recoat procedures.

4. Health and workplace safety

5. VOC and regulatory information

VOC, regulatory, cost, weight, and related calculations are informational estimates based on available data and entered quantities. They are not a certification, permit determination, legal opinion, emissions report, or guarantee of compliance. Requirements vary by product, use, jurisdiction, facility, and date. The user and facility remain responsible for determining and documenting compliance with applicable environmental, occupational, labeling, fire, transport, and waste requirements.

6. Labels and printers

Verify every printed label before attaching or using it. Confirm formula, weights, customer/store information, stock size, orientation, scaling, and pagination. A software-generated workflow label does not replace a manufacturer container label, SDS, hazardous-material label, or legally required workplace label.

7. Reporting suspected errors

Do not use a result you believe is incorrect. Use EvoCoat’s correction feature or contact your administrator so the record can be reviewed. Preserve the formula, material batch details, spray-out observations, and relevant product documents for investigation.

8. Responsibility

The user, employer, and facility are responsible for formula selection, verification, material handling, application, workplace safety, customer approval, and legal compliance. EvoCoat’s warranty disclaimers and liability limitations are stated in the End User License Agreement.
